Overview
Deep Lawn is a SaaS platform that helps lawn care businesses generate instant quotes and manage operations. I joined as the founding engineer in 2020 and spent 5 years building and scaling the platform from concept to serving 500+ active businesses.
What I Built
Initial Product (2020-2021)
Built the core platform from scratch, working closely with the founder to launch the MVP:
- •Instant quoting engine using property measurements and satellite imagery
- •Embeddable JavaScript widget for business websites
- •Business dashboard for operations management
- •Customer-facing portal for self-service
Established the technical foundation using React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, Flask (for image processing), MongoDB, and AWS.
Growth & Scale (2022-Present)
